Black and white horizontal stripes have been receiving a lot of attention lately. Whether it be on T-shirts, blouses, dresses or skirts, black and white stripes have been popping up everywhere on the chicest of the chic. There is something almost European or more specifically French about the simple, but fashionable design. Black and white stripes should definitely be a basic in every girls closet because the design is easy to mix and match with anything, even other loud and bold printed pieces of merchandise.
